AI Training Bot (AITB) — our promises to you as an officer

The AITB records your practice sessions and gives you AI-generated feedback. Before your first session, here is exactly what happens with your data — in plain language.

1. What is recorded, and why

Your practice sessions are voice-recorded and transcribed. Recordings are kept only for two purposes: human review of training interactions, and verifying transcription accuracy. Recordings are deleted automatically after 90 days by default.

2. Who can see your results

Your individual scores and feedback are visible only to you and authorised administrators — never to your peers. Division and cohort views are always aggregated, so they show learning patterns across groups, not any individual's results.

3. What the AI feedback is — and is not

AI-generated scores and feedback are indicative training signals to support your own learning and development. They are never a performance-appraisal input, a ranking against colleagues, or a disciplinary trigger. Where the system flags something for attention, it is reviewed by a person — no automated judgement is ever final.

4. How to raise a concern

If you believe any session, score, feedback or recording is wrong or unfair, you can flag it — use the feedback controls on any reply or report, or contact your administrator. Every flag is reviewed by a person.
